Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Most unused and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt.

Items not eligible for return include:

• Special-order items
• Cut, installed, nailed, screwed, muddy, or moldy materials
• Clearance or closeout products

Certain products—including power tools, generators, water heaters, compressors, and similar items—are not returnable in store and must be handled through the manufacturer or authorized service center.

Generator returns: Unopened generators with no fluids added and no use may be returned within 2 business days of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Restocking fees may apply to certain items. Delivered items that have been picked up are subject to additional charges: fuel surcharge, restocking, etc.
